We believe email is the best way to communicate with our customers because we are usually in the different time zone and what we need to discuss is somewhat complicated. So the structurized communication tool is more efficient and deliver more clear message. Instant Message is convenient but we are not in the same time zone so we cannot communicate by it every time. One single communication tool is very important because we won’t miss anything because we fail to notice it on the second or third tool.

2. Discussion

After we see your e-mail, we will start to clarify your actual requirement of the specs and also discuss it with the vendors.

Our experience is very important in this step. We need to point out the potential problems and avoid misunderstanding. We also keep in mind that we don’t know everything so we need to be open-minded in the discussion when both we talk to customers and vendors. This step could take weeks or months depending on how complicated the design and specs are.

3. Get the price

After the specs are finalized, we will provide you the quotation or proforma invoice based on your request.

After we provide you the price, you can decide whether you want to buy from us or not. It is your decision now.

4. Confirmation and Payment

For the 1st order, 100% advanced payment is needed.

Comparatively, we have a more conservative term of business. We ask for 100% advanced payment for the first order. From 2nd order, we ask at least 40% advanced payment for orders which the amount exceeds USD5,000. If the component you order is tailor-made we will ask for more. We cannot bear much risk that the customer fail to fulfill their commitments. We have never fail to fulfill our commitments so we expect the same.

5. Delivery

We check if the specs are all correct before shipping.

After the order is placed, the vendor will sign back the delivery date. We will update our customer once the delivery date is confirmed. If there is any unexpected change or delay, we will keep customers posted. When the parts/ components are ready, we will either do the check in the vendor’s factory or our place. We will make sure all the parts are correctly produced according to the final specs. We will also make sure all the parcel is well packaged and there is no waste of the package size. We also want to save you the shipping cost.
